Hello! I would love to tell you a little bit about me. My name is Rachel Grace. I am a proud mom to two amazing children who keep me on my toes and inspire me to be the best version of me everyday.
Healthy Body Beautiful You was created with the passion to talk about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and feel beautiful while doing so. I want this site to help people like yourself live the best life you can with the least amount of stress (and what comes with it) as possible. To do this, I am going to share my personal experiences with you and what I have discovered over the years through my own “trial and error” experiments.
Stress was something I never had a grasp on while growing up. I am still learning new ways to manage stress everyday. I have been fighting a battle with a chronic illness for almost a decade, which flares when I am stressed and in turn leads to anxiety. Thankfully I have discovered ways to manage it.
I have also found a love for yoga. I own a small business teaching children’s yoga. I love to educate children at a young age how to be present, feel confident and learn to breathe through what they find to be stressful times. I wish I knew such things going through my adolescent life!
I have also learned along the way that when I look my best I honestly feel better…crazy but true! I am excited to share my knowledge of health and beauty with you!
